Using DMT VDSL technology, V5924 DMT VDSL DSLAM performs Asym.
52.0/11.0 Mbps Down/Up rate over existing telephone line. Compact
box-type V5924-DMT provides 8-Port fixed VDSL interface and optional
12-Port expansion VDSL board which creates flexible network, suitable
for small-scale residential unit. For the ethernet interface, V5924-DMT
presents 4-Port fixed 10/100 Base-TX and optional 2-Slot uplink
interface which 1-Port/Slot 10/100 Base-TX, 100 Base-FX, or 1000-X
GBIC is available. V5924 DMT VDSL DSLAM supports standard layer
2 switching protocols with switching capacity of 13..0 Gbps and
throughput of 6.6 Mpps. Versatile networking functions such as VLAN,
QoS, Multicast, packet filtering and NBT(NetBIOS/NetBIEU) filtering
create secured and flexible inter-networking condition. Also, V5924
DMT VDSL DSLAM realizes ADSL & T-LAN Friendly Mode to prevent
unexpected collision with ADSL or T-LAN service over the same telephone
line.
